Upgrade to 5 without to pay for Added Modules-Stuff?Pulsar"m

Ok guys ,i BEG you explication about UPGRADEs of:) .
Prologue

I took the Pulsar (6 dsp "master and mixing" or whatever) some years ago and never used ,got too many hassles ( a LOT of them ,crashes ,stopped ,slower than my "creative " on my system and whatever)
I have a multiporpouse pc and the baby maybe needs dedicated one.
It is sitting there ,forgotten but ready to go
(yes is STUPID i know ,was better to sell ,i dont do usually like that,it happened ).
--i use Sonar, guitars and compose through Soundfonts and vsti---

I have SCOPE 4 (or 3.5 don't remeber ,i did'nt pay for upgrades ...i got the "pack mix -master stuff"). Forgot even where is the Key to activate and how to do it,but it is not the problem.

I thought that UPGRADE from 4 to 5 was to be paid for no matter what !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But After Reading some Topics around...
IF I can get the UPGRADE to 5 AND to GET THE SAME old KEYS WORKING for free ( "mix and Master" pack)
.....for the sake of various fixes/improvements it should have (i suppose) - i would give it a Try!!!!
I have a "backup pc" which would do it.
So to sum Up ...If I install 5 ,i can get it working with the OLD "mix and master "stuff ?
IF YES ,someone could point me to the list of System enhancement since Scope 4 (or 3.5 ) ,
Not the stuff i would have to pay (for now ) but the improvements ,atency ,stability etc..
NOT caring about "synth" and stuff like that .
..just what it is improved in stability -compatibility (64 bit EDIT:it is not i see ,I wish to tell them is 2009 ) and whatever ,clocks ,hangs etc etc ) .
So maybe i could use a less troble for me -version .
I use Sonar ,and want to connect and forget the Pulsar -baby as an Aim
(i use guitars and compose through Soundfonts and vsti)
