Scope version of SHEPPI

Hi There,
Anyone like to have a go at building a Sheppi for Scope?
This is based on Bob Katz/Algorithmix K-Stereo Ambience Processor.
Download the VSTi version its free and its really neat.

The website talks a little about the components that make up the plug and to a novice like me it looks like fairly basic building blocks.
It would be great to have such a tool for mastering in Scope.
Bob Katz's book on Mastering Audio talks about it in some depth, but does not expand on how its configured (ping pong delay, inverter etc).
Interesting that Algorithmix has a VSTi version. I guess they think that the Scope market is too small to bring out their version in Scope. Their VSTi is really expensive.
Anyway Who's game??
