Can't Find DSP file Async Inverter

Long time no post,
just suddenly getting this error: "Can't Find DSP file Async Inverter - please check installation"
I've had a rekindled interested on mod III and was trying out a few new patches, and this error comes up
I'm still running SFP 4.0 - have not updated.
I have scanned through /App/DSP/ and indeed cannot find Async Inverter DSP file
Any clues?
