HI.

i jast want to know if the SCOPE professional v4.5 is the same card like the old powerpulsar ?

if not , what the difference?

The powerpulsar is a second generation card with 15 DSPs. The new Scope Pro has only 14DSPs but should be equally efficient due to something with distribution of resources or something like that.

Immanuel, they stopped advertizing the Scope card as 15DSP card, cos one DSP is being used for card management (load balancing etc?), so one cannot be used. I guess people complained about it being advertised as 15dsp card...

but i dont have the drivers and all the cods numbers.....wher can i get it?..
i really want to connect it and use that powerful soundcard..
what can i do about?...

i look for installition stuff at www.sonic-core.net without success..

write to support with the word "registration" in the subject line. give them the card's serial number and your name, address, email, phone number and Ralf will send you the keys.

Do as Garyb suggests & email it to RB@Soniccore.de. That's Ralf's email address.

... and later, they changed the boards to physically have 14 Sharcs. I have 29 Sharcs in my PC.

So what's a 16 DSP card?

1 mor thing...... wher can i get the last scope software.. i can't download it from the site ...
it is very slow and it is never finish....(i think there is som problam whith the server)..

there is no anather sorce??

it might take somewhat longer this week since S|C will attend the Musikmesse in frankfurt. ralf may, nevertheless, have time in the evening to process your request.

no, the server is fine. I just d/l'd the 4.5 pack within [showin' off]less than 2 minutes[/showin' off].

not as far as I know. can't tell you whether it is allowed to mirror it or not.

i get an email from RB@Soniccore.de with a file (scope.rgy)....

now when i install the scope software and need to put the key cods i import the file and nothing happen i can't clic on the next botton....

what i need ti do ...????

can't download it?
try a download manager.

to fix the keycode import, trash the Scope folder on your c: drive and start over.

if you can't d/l it from S|C, you most probably won't be able to do so from anywhere else. but gary's hint (download manager) might be worth a try...
I wouldn't mind splitting the big chunk and offer sfp in smaller packets, but without a written permission to do so I won't.

The file is quite large 300MB+, so if you are on a slow connection, you might think there is nothing going on with the download - even though there is.

Googling for a download manager might give you a lot of spyware/adware alternatives. I'd suggest using an FTP client for downloading from FTP sites (like sonic cores), such as flashFXP (http://www.flashfxp.com/) . It might look confusing, but if you just copy/paste the adress (ftp://sonic-core.net/software/SCOPE_Fam ... .5_for_PC/) into the "quick connect" (seen here: http://www.flashfxp.com/pics/ffxp/f-main1x1.png , or pressing F8), you can browse easily, download whatever you want, pause/resume etc.

but stil i have problams with the download i dont know what is it ..

now i download with a maneger but it is very slow.... somthing like 2 or 3 kb/sec no more... ok i'l wait 5 days

when i try to download it directly from the site the download crash after few secends.

it is not the big problam..... more important is the installation of the sound card .
i never pass the the key cods part of the scope installation.

i jast can't press the "next" button it is like disable

i tryd to put the cods 1 by 1 menualy and i try to import them from the reg file that i receiv from the support team and still
no thing ..

oren try talking to ariel from the music-shop (03-5254161) hes a pulsarian and knows what to do, he can guide you in hebrew.

also if the keys don't work for you it maybe because your card has gone through some key transfers. which means you need new codes. if the problem is not solved with ariel, you should contact SonicCore for a new key file.
