What is the average response time for activation code requests from Sonic Core?

I have installed my brand new Scope Pro card and A16 ultra and allmost can't control my impatience

But even when Ralf is swamped w/ emails and chores, he always finds time to help.
Normal turn around is 24 hours depending on who you bought it from.

ralf is usually faster than that, even these days. I had an answer to my inquiry within less than an hour just yesterday evening .

if you don't hear anything within the next few days, it might be worth a try using a different email address (preferably not one of those big freemailers). they use spamfilters, too, there at S|C...

yeah, you might have been caught by the spam filter. resend the request or email Ralf directly. sending from an alternate email might also help as mentioned...

Use the word " cash " as the subject title....
