i want to know which memory stick should be best recommended for ASUS P5 WD2-E premium board.

The board is only supposed to support dual-channel DDR2 667/533 architecture,
so almost any DDR2 800 RAM you can buy cheap will work fine. just try and stay away from completely no-name stuff.

better timings will give you a modest improvement, but dont go crazy, its not worth the price premium especially for memory thats almost obsolete.
