Intermetro: Green Plasma Ooze

A little modern and masculine / aggressive for the intermetro theme, but threw one in there anyway. I didn't have any "bare minimum electro" songs in the intermetro set so decided to do one. Been a while since I've done a tune with a bunch of monophonics.. it's fun. Also, it's been a while since I last use scope synths too so, I decided to use all scope synths this time.

Plasma drum synth
2 hummel bluesynth
1 ezsynth

Uses a serious overdose of hifiboom's transistor distortion

Had to hold myself back from wanting to add more. hehe.

That's a hot track.
Good day for synths at the Z today.
How do you get Plasma to sound so powerful?
Everytime I try to use it I get the Bass stuff sounding good, but it overwhelms the HiHat and snares, somehow your kit sounds very powerful and well balanced, is it just the T Dist that kicks it up so much?

Nice stuff, and tasty chops too.

Plasma was just comp to give it just a tiny bit of punch, and then through transistor distortion. transistor is what gave it that extra punch I think. Also, I used the LR out instead of the direct outs from plasma.

Transistor distortion is like this stuff.

 Habeneros Cabrone.

Thanks, I shall try again with your ideas.
It is a great example of hifiboom and Hummel, no doubt about it.

Thanks.

thanks! The show went well, we'll be posting up a website with all visuals and music. will definitely give you guys a heads up. btw all this stuff is sequenced, so no, I can't play 16ths like a robot. lol. I'm sure Jimmy can, but half way through the tune he'll probably say "fxck that shxt" and start ripping out his blues licks and inverted, and mirrored solos.

Thank you, I'm quite flattered. I'm not sure the tune shatters the bounds of classification by that much, but it was a veru free formed, "toss everything at itl" kind of a song.
The form is simple and the content isn't too over thought, so it was felt good writing it.
I just need to keep the intermetro brand alive and keep writing stuff in that brand.
The collective, now officially named King's Lemonade has just done two shows, planning the third, so I'm curious how far we can go.
