Hi folks! ;-)

Does anyone know, where I can download Scope Fusion Platform v3.1 (not 3.1a or c)?

My HDD recently crashed and I lost my backup copy. :(

I looked on Creamware's homepage and FTP, but they only have the newest ones. I also tried the new versions, but I have only problems with those new versions.

Would somebody be so kind to put it up for me somewhere? I would be very greatful for that! :-)

Thanks in advance folks!

Cheers

stardust wrote:Hi diviner.

The SC ftp holds also 4.0 not only 4.5.
There is no public server anymore holding 3.x.

So the only way is to hope for a member here with a fast server.
Thanks for the info stardust. ;-)

I tried both, but no good luck with those.

I hope somebody still gets it. I will setup a FTP on my computer and post the IP and login, so maybe some kind person could upload it straight to me. I also have a domain, so I have to figure if I can create a guest account.

My mail inbox can hold 1GB too...

Please someone private message me, if you're willing to help me.

Thanks for your time and efforts folks!

under
ftp://sonic-core.net/software/Previous_Versions/Pulsar
there still is a version 3.01 online

btw most folks are on asymmetric lines...
while you can download 300 MB in half an hour or less, the reverse may take several hours ;)

cheers, Tom

ps same question as stardust, I never had a problem with a particular version - if at all problems were due to Windoze install mess etc

I got latency issues and plugins which I registered successfully display the Key request dialog. Also a very and annoying message saying: Don't mess around with the copy protection!

After that nothing goes anymore and I need to restart the application to continue.

I installed Windows from scratch after the crash and still got the same problems. I never had those with SFP v3.1.

I also understand, that people are on assymetric lines (just like me).

Anyway thanks for your efforts guys.

did you write S/C and request a 4.0 key?

stardust wrote:Well 4.0 and 4.5 require new keys fro Sonic Core.
For 4.0 the new keys are free AFAIK , but you have to request it.

Maybe thats why you get these registry and copy protection troubles.
Thanks for the hint, but I have the 4.0 keys. I requested them, but still I'm having troubles. SFP v3.1 was the stablest for me.

that looks like a kind of misunderstanding...
if I remember correctly Scope 4 installs a lot of devices that most people are supposed to have after lots of special offers and bundles, but in fact if you just have a plain old Pulsar One or a Luna you simply lack those keys. For example Synth&Sampler and Mix&Master package etc.
You can remove those manually from the respective folders in the Scope directory.

You should cancel all dialogs until you get access to the registry dialog from the settings menu
it will display the cards with their serial number and below that the registration codes
do the number of the card(s) in the upper part match the serial in the lower ?
if not, the memory module on the card may be corrupted

there may also be an error in key generation or transmission, but afaik keys have never(!) been a compatibility issue between versions.

cheers, Tom

The only reason to use the former version is that the cracked devs only works with that one.

cheers.

I have a Pulsar II and purchased some devices for it like Arpeg02 and a few more (too long ago to remember). I purchased my Pulsar with the ProPack as far as I can remember. I'll try to request a new set of keys. Thanks for the hint Tom! :-)

What's a cracked version? Must be something illegal, isn't it? *wondering*

Cheers!

Not at all! It's better to put those minutes into something creative, I think. ;-)
