hello all

i am from germany and a new owner of the klangbox prodyssey and minimax .
(the creamware ones)
last year as i got my pro-12 asb i recived a software key from ralf to update the units hardware os. as i try to write him today to get the new softwarekeys for my klangboxes, i get a mail delivery failed.
did anyone know where i get a key to update my klangbox hardware os?

my minimax klangbox dsp software is on os 2.01 witch seems to be the last one, but my prodyssey klangbox dsp software is on os 1.17 and the last one seems to be 2.40.

I bought a Prodyssey a couple of months ago and am slowly learning my way around it. I like the sound, but have the same issues with the machine as everyone else, I guess... I have not updated my firmware yet.

I have tried writing to Ralf on the sonic core address but with no luck. Is it necessary to get a unique activation key or could someone maybe post it here?
