Does using external hardware reverbs decrease PCI bandwidth?

I noticed I can run more delays when these are not connected, but I am not sure, since several delays cause lock ups once they start playing.

Decreasing the feedback amounts helps, but when I find a sweet spot, I must delete one of the delays, that way the random Prowave presets that have a delay in their insert effects racks, can load w/o difficulty.

I need to unload one of the reverbs, the Quadraverb Q2 is hardly used.

I can replace it w/ another instance of GigaPulse.

I have 2 auxillilries using the PCM91, and Q20 WBTW is pretty close in terms of quality, but lacks the editing of the 91.

12 instances of GigaPulse's pedal down impulses, and ER's.

I just need to have another gated room or plate on my tuned percussion tabla solo patch.
