Suggestions 4 ADAT Soundcard

I will be transferring sounds from a new DAW to A16U .
Which RME? PCI 32 bit or PCI-e.
Intel X38 motherboards will be used.
Decided to build another DAW for 64bit w/o Scope cards.

That won't be necessary.
I believe that SC is going 64bit, so I am just upgrading the GVI DAW.
3 x Scope Pro's Type II
DP35DP
E6850
4 GB's DDR2 CL4
1 more 150GB Raptor
Modular 520watt PSU
Gigastudio 4, and many new VSTi's and samples.
I have the choice of adding RAM and awaiting the drivers while I cream in 32bit mode w/ the 3GB LAA Switch and GS4 XP32.
If we get this to work well and load everything, Vista drivers will be inconsequential.
