windows xp 64 bit edition

windows xp 64 bit edition run on amd e intel 64 bit machines,someone have try this? the support for 32 bit application is emulate? I'm curios about this,cakewalk sonar is compatible with 64 bit applications??

yes, the 32 bit support is emulated and you will loose performance with 32bit applications.
i would wait with a 64 bit DAW
you will get a lot of unnecessary trouble and you will gain nothing
or i dont see the gain.
XP 64 needs for every application nearly 2x ram
in fact, if your 32bit DAW used 1,5gb ram for a big project
then you will need nearly 3gb now for the same stuff
