Creamware - STS4000
I did a song about two months ago on a Macintosh with the STS 4000 and Logic Audio and the 4000 performed very well. Logic Audio kept crashing but the sampler kept running.

I would just say the Sampler does need more filters and maybe a built in effect or two. And others have mentioned some other features it should have on other web sites. I agree.

My complaint with Pulsar and STS 4000 is that when I save a project with an STS 4000 in it and then try to recall that project at a later date, sometimes Pulsar will crash with an error 1 or 2 and then I have to rebuild the project. After rebuilding it works fine but having to remember all my settings from a crashed project is frustrating.
I can work with it without problems, but i'm not used yet its sampling abilities (recording, editing, looping samples). It is true that is difficult to create a preset to be loaded in later Pulsar sessions (I do that saving all sounds first individually as sts4000 library, and re-saving the preset). Certainly, is not the top on handling tools hit parade, but absolutely necessary for me.
