Please, if they were so nice to tell me if the sts5000 spanish manual exists and where to unload it?

As far as I know there isn't a Spanish translation of the manual, but If you have any trouble this is the place to ask!

My problem is that I begin of 0. I'm Spanish and don't understand well the english. This forum is very good but I go with the translator everywhere jajajaja...

no existe manual en castellano , pero si tienes algunas dudas sobre como funciona el sts 5000 te podemos ayudar,
