MCU SUPPORT???

hi im pretty new to scope and i have a mackie control universal. Does scope mixers support this controller because when i try to midi assign faders, it isnt recognized, only v-pods and some other bottons. also what about automation? thanks

Scope supports only regular Midi cc automation.You can controll (almost) all parameters, but there's only one midi channel available for the mixer (or any instrument).
If I'm right, only midi channel 1 for the mixers, not sure tho.
More and better support hopefully with the new expected products of SonicCore and inDSP, the firms that take care for what was Creamware :-)

yes i did connect it to the one midi in and out of the mixer, most bottons are recognized but when i try to midi assign any of the motorized faders it isnt recognized why is this??

btw i checked with mackie and they said the faders continuous controller sysex messsages. Is this something that none of scope mixers recognize??thnx

no the scope mixers only respond to CC data.
no sysex.

the faders use 14 bit pitch bend messages on 16 midi channels (not sysex - sysex is just used for the LCD display)

but unfortunately the answer is still the same, the scope mixers don't support these messages

this is something that wolf's upcoming mixer will fix though correct? will i finally be able to use it with scope than? thnx
