Getting Procedure Entry Point? Error Message

When I open my other software apps such as Reason, Cubase SX and Acid Pro 5 I get this error message "The Procedure Entry Point?CloseBackgroundProject@scopeApp@MAEXXZ could not be located in the dynamic link ligrary RAPI.dll". I click OK and the software opens up and I can play through the Scope Modules. But Acid Pro 5 Completely locks up everything because the message will not go away. Any ideas on this one?
