BCR2000 NOAH Lightwave Template

Here is my brandnew template for Noah Lightwave.
The idea was to build it up in the spirit of the MINIMAX, Pro-One or PROFIT 5 mapping.
One thing I notice though: the CC 16 and 22 which should be dedicated to Osc1 and Osc 2 Waveform selection do not work !!!
If anyone knows the trick to correct this (if only possible...)
NB: on the 2nd and 4th set of upper button, turning the pot let you set the depth of a modulation destination while pushing the same pot just switch the source to the next one that would have been available from the source selection menu...
