Please people, can you help me... My friend have Luna II with ADAT interface in his studio. I installed my Pulsar II on his system, and made STDM cable connection. Everything was fine. But one problem occure: there is no Luna ADAT devices in hardware meny. Is there any restriction regarding number of ADAT devices in Scope 3.1 software? Must I install Scope 4.0? Which card must to beregistered? Please, give me some advice, I need this urgently. I sent those questions to creaware info, but still no answers.
Any help is welcome! :)

did you just plugin your card or did you install any software ?
there is no limit in Adat connections, there may be an IO module not in the proper location, or the Adat extender doesn't sit properly due to the install procedure.

cheers, Tom

Astroman, thanks for your response. When only Luna is installed, ADAT devices are shown (ADAT A, ADAT B). When I install both cards, ADAT is shown only from Pulsar card, and ADAT devices from Luna hardware dissapired. Strange....

did you try to make sure that the cable from the expansion plate is still well connected after you add the pulsar.

as adding another card should not make a plate disappear. that is strange

did you try reinstalling the software so it detect All I/O

you should see something like this

backup relevant Scope folders to replace the new ones once you're done succesfully :-)
