Dear Mr. Hund,
We are very pleased about your investment into the future. However we are in a position where we are still experiencing faults in your software/hardware. At the moment we cannot see any way forward that these will be fixed and all communications to you and your company have been ignored by you.
We have spent our money on what we all thought would be for hardware/software investments for the future. The money has been taken but the support has not been provided.
We guarantee now not to buy any of your products in the future. If you don’t feel responsible for fixing bugs that should not have been in the software/hardware originally then we cannot trust the new company moving forward.
