It's been over TWO MONTHS since I requested an activation key for my Prodyssey, and so far, nothing. I've received several encouraging messages from Anna during that time ("you should have it soon"), but no key. To say that this is a frustrating situation doesn't begin to explain it, as I've also read that the Prodyssey design team has since left CW, and no more Prodysseys are being made, even though the instrument is barely six months old (I got mine at the end of December, 2006).

And now, music dealers appear to be dumping them for cheap $.

Sad, very sad.

And I still don't have an activation key...

As far as I remember, the activation key should have been sent to you. Please send again your hardware serial number to my private e-mail adress "elektropolis (at) web.de" and I will see want I can do for you.
