I have a potential buyer for a couple of my Creamware cards. However, I just got to think - wich Mac versions does the cards run on? All up till os9 or what?

OS 9.2.2 the latest and greatest max :-(
or 'classic' OS9 under OSX I guess :-)
fastest mac OS9-bootable: G4 PowerPC MDD dual 1,25 GHz

Scope does not run in 'Classic Mode' under Mac OSX, it needs a Mac that can boot OS9, i.e. any machine up to the 'Qicksilver' models and MDDs before a certain production date.
The capability is usually known to the owner of the Mac because 'can boot OS9' was a significant sales argument back then.

yeah, the 'guess' is not unusual at all - everything looks identical to OS9 (in MacOSX classic mode), but the hardware of the PCI devices can only be handled by the 'real' operationg system.
Don't worry - for a (not that) short moment I assumed you could run Scope under VirtualPC ;)

thanks for the confession :-D
regarding that it's a pity the Intelmacs use PCI-e slots, otherwise it really could be :-D
Na-a, it wouldn't sound as good...
