Six String registration key problem

Hi there,
i have been a very happy user of the Noah EX (Final Edition) for more than a year. Recently I have been discovering how good Six String is.
But recently it stopped working. Saying that I needed an activation key. I don't seem to have an explicit key for this one, lathough it was part of the "Final Edition" package and that it worked without problem for more than a year.
Does anybody know if the key is part of the NOAH, the Synth n Sampler Pack 2 or the Synthesizer Extension key? Or should I get a separate one ?
Also how is the support at Creamware working these days? The web support part of the web site seems to be down...
