Hi,

I just got rid of Gigastudio2.5 and replaced it with GVI,….I love it so much & much much more stable.

However my question is : should I turn my PC Hyper-threading back on since no more Gigastudio inside.

Will the overall performance of my DAW improve if I have the HT on?

the marginal difference isn't worth tempting fate...
Scope doesn't exactly appreciate dual cpus - it works, tho - but never better
seriously, HT is a marketing buzzword - nothing else
try to find real performance figures, not the theory blurb and not reports about one single isolated routine - you'll probably have a hard time to get your hands on verified results exceeding an (effective!) 8% improvement
