Anyone using this? I'm not sure what to connect to what and what it's functions are? I know it can be a metronome but I think I read something about it also helping set midi timecode?

Generally used in conjunction with VDAT & VRC - yes, it's a metronome and a syncronization tool.

can also be driven by the MTCtoClk module.

can it be used to sync seq modules with an ext sequencer in mod?

Yes, it has ramp out - syncs to flexor.

As Shroomz pointed out in another thread, you can clock cubase to VRC via asio2 clk input, and go from there.

How do you do all this? What are the different outs for and what do you connect the too? I tried the ramp out to the asio clock in with a sequencer but changing the bpm made no difference.

Ramp out is for flexor ramp sync - connect to a flexor seq ramp in via mod audio in and away you go.
many mod users even record ramp to a track (nb - do not let this signal hit the speakers! It will pull the driver and let it go like an archer's bow!)

You can go VRCclk -> ADAT clk -> Asio2clk and slave seq to that.
