midi clock problems!

Hi everyone at Planet Z!
When i use external midi clock the bpm at the midi clock module is always changing and the bpm dont get fixed.... that happens either with cubase as master and with other machine as master..... the midi clock module receives midi clock but the bpm is always oscillating....
the result is that modules that i want to receive midi clock, like LFO´S, delay`s, and sequencers create blips and HF noises cause of this oscillation of bpm!
This is not new and happens since the day i have the modular 2
