Scope 4, is this free for all Pulsar I cards ?

I know you don't get any pack but can you get the V4 no matter which version your old Pulsar I has ?

just to add abit og what Gary posted.
you can install Scope 4.5 version for Free but you won't get ALL the Scope 4.5 plugins included with 4.5 version unless you already have them assigned for your cards.
However to get ALL the devices included in the 4.5 version you need to consider the 198 Euro upgrade
