Is everyone at CWA gone on holidays? Has anyone had luck contacting 'anyone' at CWA? I'm trying to get the allkeys file for my boards. I cant even view my serial numbers. Just my luck how the database is constantly down....

it's all by hand these days. it will normally take about a day. if it's been more than 2, i'd politely write again. it's possible that your email was eaten by the spam filter(they must get 1000s of emails a day). you should put "allkeys" in the subject space. did you write from a freebie email address? what email address did you write to?
you'll always want to back up your allkeys file. you can make one from your old scope.rgy file if the old install still exists anywhere. just edit the file, select all, copy to clipboard, open notepad and name the document "allkeys.skf", paste from clipboard and save allkeys.skf.
if you are able to use the scope.rgy file(located in scope/app/bin), you will need to uncheck "hide extensions for known file types" in control panel/folder options/view, otherwise when you name the text file "allkeys.skf" it'll come out "allkeys.skf.txt". if it does come out with ".txt" on the end, unchecking "hide blah blah blah" will allow you to rename the file and erase the ".txt".

Sweet. Thank you for the tips. Yeah i did save my keys for my old pulsar but i recently picked up a 2nd hand pulsar 2, hence i need keys for those. I got a reply from ralf so it's ok now.
