Hello again,
Am I right in that the only plate that is going to give my Pulsar XTC Audio I/O, Midi I/T/O and SPDIF I/O is the classic 20?
The Sync plate is for external tackle etc..yes? and the Scope Home I/O is just to extend already I/O enabled cards.
One of you very kind people has already been in touch saying he can sort me one out. This place is better than a nightclub. At least you speak to people  great stuff.

You have three options:

Classic (Unbalanced)
Plus (Balanced)
Z-Link

I suggest you go to http://www.creamware.de and click on the Scope Project to your left, in order to get a more detailed idea about what differs the different options.

Good luck!
Thomas

Thanks Petal. Definitely the Classic thats the one for me then.
Not the easiest item to find for sale, but I'm sure with patience I will find one.
Thanks again.

Well, thats why you should consider finding a secondhand pulsar 2 classic instead.
You can prolly find one at a good price on ebay or another local second hand service.
The odds at finding only the I/O-option that you are looking for are not good.
Then casacade the 2 cards and have a system that will take you far into the world of Scope

Thanks guys for all your assistance. Now you've got me wanting another Pulsar II already. I know that it makes sense... damn... I haven't even got this 1st one fired up and already it's needing an upgrade! ha...
Ah well... I'll keep an eye on ebay (nothing there at present) and do some searching through some of the global resellers.
It's like waiting to hear the birds sing for the first time.

Creamware charges a lot for those plates, unfortunately, so, as everyone else said, it's better just to add an additional card. You'll get the Synths 'n Sampler pack free when you buy a new card, not to mention a free upgrade to 4.5 along with it.
