NEW UPDATE-PACK WILL ARRIVE SOON!
The FIx is an easy to use Adern-Flexor-FILTER-selector and evelope-based modifier, which does not need the modular-window (but for sure the flexor registration) You can chose between the 14 brilliant Adern flexor filters (I hope to find the time to add a CW-version too)
You have to copy files fi1-9 & fix1-5 to this folder:
c:SfpFilterx
It's important to use exact this folder. Otherwise the device won't work.
Use FIxMONO.mdl and FIxSTEREO.mdl. The other modules are just packed Adern-Filters for loading.
It has a similar functionality as my MOVeq but with Filter-movements. I just noticed again how brilliant those Adern-modules are!!
Martin
EDIT: bug found: + & - buttons do not work properly. I will fix this some day ;o). You can select filters by using Text-window like a fader too. Thats anyway the better way.
EDIT:
UPDATE:
FIxed some small things: + & - buttons working, added 24db gain.
EF allways means Envelope follower. In this case there opens the surface of EF.
in/ex is for internal or external EF-feeding. There is another input "sc" on the device for that. When you switch the button while using device in insert, it simply deactivates the EF.
+/- Is for sending EF-output to the + or - control-input of the shapers/filters. I made 2 control-inputs on each device, this was easy trick with the Adern modules to get control in the other moving direction... I could have done it in another way, but it was my first idea.
=> so if you have set a value with the "+" poti and send EF to the "-" poti values will decrease (moving).
=> if you send it to the + poti values will be increased (moving).
So you can dial in default values which will be modulated by the EF which leads to very nice "living" sounds. I like this musically & non static way of using parameters (as you can see in all my devices)
R is resonance. EF can be enabled to control resonance in only the + direction.
