I've found this JPG from ASB site:
http://asb.creamware.de/images/Prodyssey_ASB.jpg
I've noticed a difference between my Prodyssey (for scope) and ASB:
- VCF filter model, switchable from ARP to Moog style (the first models was with moog VCF clone, the last with ARP after a famous legal battle...)
Do you think that Creamware could relase a software (scope) update about this new choice?
I'm courious about different VCF sound. Anyone can share some MP3 examples?
Thanks.

I guess it's just the Minimax filter.
I think that CW originally modelled the blackface Odyssey (at least this is what the graphics suggest), which had the ARP filter. Only whiteface models had a clone of the Moog ladder design as far as I know.

There were many versions of the Odyssey over the years:
- Odyssey I (Model 2800). These original white-faced Odysseys used a tinny 2-pole VCF filter design (Model 4023) similar to old Oberheim SEM modules.
- the Odyssey II (Model 2810), produced between 1974-76. This model added CV / Gate control and a new black & gold color-scheme.
Early versions of these models still had the 2-pole Model 4023 filter but were soon replaced by a beefier 4-pole VCF filter (Model 4035). But this filter was basically a copy of the Moog filter, and it didn't last. Moog sued ARP, forcing them to redesign their own four-pole, lowpass filters. They came up with the Model 4075 filter which was used in subsequent models.
- the Odyssey III (Models 2810-2823) produced from 1976-81 and featuring the new Model 4075 filter design. The rest of its specifications are virtually identical to the Odyssey II except that the overall look and quality are further updated to match the look of the latest ARP synths with the orange & black color-scheme. The Odyssey III is the most commonly found model out there nowadays.
Creamware emulate the Orange/Black Odyssey III (IMO the best looking layout!) with ARP model 4075 filter design, but with ASB introduces the possibility to switch to Odyssey II early issue, with moog VCF. It could be a nice option also for the scope users... why not?
