Hi,

I couldn't record some MIDI to audio (I thought this was a thing of the past so I've obviously had a senior moment!)so I thought I'd look round the multi media set up where I have the inputs and outputs. The question is is it correct to just select the Creamware play/record 1 for input and output? - Or do I have to sync the inputs and outputs 2 through to 8 as well?

I think I've got confused because there are many items in the menu due to three audio cards inside the PC and the Asus mainboard has something called soundmax for integrated digital audio so if you have any useful info please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

with cubase, you should use "asio scope" driver.
It must be loaded in your scope project before opening cubase.....

You can start off by disabling soundmax in the bios, unless you actually consider using it.
