This one is 25 pixels wide by 15 pixels high.
I also include an example of a different sized module surface, just as an example. (The module is 125x300 pixels.)
Please let me know if any one finds any problems, etc.

Can I use this 4 big modular designs? Like expanding on ChrisWerners OBX clone? I just love that synth. This and Solaris/Flexor/ModIII have made 2006 my historical year. Plus I'm 50 now, and I love it. See U in Adern chat soon I hope.

Jimmy,
This just changes the "quantizing" of the Modular Window, which controls how the modules "square up" inside the Window. There's no advantage at the moment to use this ModularWindow, because there aren't any modules yet that use non-standard sizes. (The current Modular 2 Window uses 250 x 30 pixels to control placement of modules.)
The other thing - to use this Modular Window, you have to rebuild any patches you want - you can't just load in an existing patch, since by definition patches 'exist' within the factory Modular Window.
re: Adern chat forum - sorry, I have rarely been there - I just don't have the time.

This new modular window John's given us is for the moment primarily for development of modules in a different format. IE the traditional vertical format of nearly all analogue modular systems.
As John mentions, there aren't any modules yet, so it's best to forget about it for now unless you're developing modules.
I don't think re-creating all the old patches for this new mod window will be necessary, as when new format modules are available you'll be able to run the old & new enviroment side by side, using the old as you've always done & the new with a mixture of old & new format modules.

Here's a screenshot of the modIII window running a patch & beneath it, the new modII window running a bank of 6 of the same master oscillator concept. This gives an idea of what's proposed & possible thanks to this new window from John. Hopefully DJmicron can give his submodhost the same snap settings as John's done with this.

It would be good to hear your opinion on what would be the best size to go with for a new vertical 1u module standard.
