My producer/backer has purchased a pretty awesome Nuendo 3.0 DAW from a builder in Nashville,Tenn. This has saved me a bundle, and also keeps me from buying an overkill app. 4live performance. Valis has informed me of an app. called Bidule. Sounds like a great app. to use live. Modular building of devices I will only need w/o overbloating my rig with useless features and such. Just wanted to know how I could use this, along with a seperate DAW 4 Scope. DAW #1 would be Bidule w/ Tascam GVI ( VST version of Gigastudio ), and DAW #2 would be Scope all by itself. I am assuming that Bidule can play back audio tracks, and sequence within itself, while running both DAW's. Tell me this is true.

You should really check out bidule before drawing conclusions. Its a free download (for a time). It does NOT offer audio tracks or anything remotely like it. You'd have to be more creative than that if you choose to use it. In fact it doesn't even offer global tempo sync or automation. The poster above is correct that EnergyXT does offer these things and still has the modular approach Bidule offers. However since I have another main sequencer for doing the bulk of my recording & mixing I personally like Bidule for other things, especially since my Scope cards are housed in a separate PC and Bidule can be run alongside Logic...

I Thank You Kind Sir,
Energy XT has been around for a few years now, I remember
reading an article in KVR-VST about it a
while back. I am researching now. I have
been really busy refreshing myself with
Mod III, and Flexor for the last 2 days.
