Is there any problem with the current drivers to work with the 64 bit cpu?

with 64 bit OS - yes

I think you have that backwards.
64 bit CPU running in 32 bit mode in a 32 bit OS( XP)= yes
64 bit CPU running in 64 bit mode in 64 bit OS (XPpro 64) = No

There are no 64 bit drivers for Scope which you need to use it in XP Pro 64. The 32 bit ones work fine though in XP.

i run 2 scope systems with amd 64 and all is ok.
It is very important to use the right mainboard.

There is if you run said CPU at 64 bit. It will only work running at 32bit mode with 32 bit OS.

nope. Thats why I wanted to make clear, that the 64 bit chip does not work. Only when run at 32.
