is it possible to set different sfp desktop icons that each can load different scope projects, instead of loading after startup?

I never tried this but the following procedure (or a similiar one) might work:

you set Scope to not start automatically with Windows
your desktop icon starts a script that first copies the respective project into startup.pro and then launches Scope

in a more sophisticated version the script would first check if Scope is running, close it and then do the copy/launch sequence

cheers, Tom - never scripted Windows, tho

gee, just make a shortcut of the project and send it to the desktop(right click on the file and choose "make shortcut" from the menu).

of course scope will have to be closed to use the shortcut, but, heh...

the idea makes little sense to me because loading a project is pretty darned easy anyway.

i think it's possible to setup just one startup project, so, if you launch a project with double click, scope starts with the default startup project and it does not mean about the project you have double clicked.
