Hello,
I bought the upgrade some days ago, I'm really happy for included synths, FX and samplers BUT.. I have a problem with the drivers. The files rendered with Nuendo present a gap at the beginning...the strange effect is similar to WAV->MP3 conversion. The problem exists with Nuendo (original copy) only. With the previous versions I had not this or other problems.. some idea?

There shouldn't be any difference since the drivers are exactly the same as with both SFP 3.1c and Scope v. 4 - Have you changed anything else in your DAW?

Yes, my Nuendo configuration is the same. I didn't change anything. I noted that the gap is fixed to 100 ms. I don't understand..it's possible that Scope 4.5 is not optimized for WIN XP without Service Packs?

Is it possible that your default project changed somehow?

Asio24 IN -> Mixer -> Asio24 OUT
-> Analog OUT
This is my simple default configuration for using Nuendo and my plugins. I import a track/loop in Nuendo, I insert some effects (as insert) and I do a render. For example, my loop is 7.500 ms long. After the render the file il 7.500 ms but the first 100 ms are mute! What do you mean by Scope Project? I copied/pasted the previous projects in the new folder..

Try to run the profiler that launches when you switch to Wav / MME drivers (Can't remember if it runs for ASIO Directsound/Multimedia). Some people have reported that it affects things in the past, for inexplicable reasons. Otherwise I'm of no help here... =]

Hello, using other softwares I found other problems :
REASON 3.0
"The sound driver used in the previous session could not be opened. Open the Preferences dialog and check your audio settings"
The preference dialog doesn't permit me to set ASIO SCOPE drivers
RECYCLE 2.0
The preference dialog doesn't permit me to set ASIO SCOPE drivers. I have to restart my PC to active them.
WAVELAB 5.0
Same problem of Nuendo but its gap is fixed to 8 ms and not 100 ms.
I solved Reason / Recycle problem deleting the previous projects (V. 4.0) and rebuilding them (with the SAME elements)
I think that Creamware changed the drivers of this upgrade. I emailed to Creamware my problems but as usual, I'm waiting their reply.
I think I will return to the previous version. Is it possible that no one found these errors?

Look at the creation date of the drivers, i think they say something like 2002, no change since 3.1c i believe. The problem lies elsewhere - maybe a complete re-install is required.

How do you explain the Reason system message and the Recycle problem? I don't understand why this supposition is so hard to accept, I think that it should be obvious a driver upgrade after 4 years.
