yeah, the connection angle looks messed

yet it's a nice idea and not too difficult by customizing the wooden sides.
As I already said - there's a market to pimp up the ASBs
cheers, Tom

And if such a beast did exist would you really use a Behringer mixer? (the Events maybe)

if you follow the links you'll come to this page
http://www.sequencer.de/syns/creamware/System1200.html
where the photo is labeled 'tnx creamware/d.matten'
Dirk Matten is one of the founders of Synthesizer Studio Bonn, a once famous German distributor, now out of business
unfortunately the site is in German only - under 'Business Arts' they have a collection of their amazing ads, though the jokes remain hidden due to missing translation.
There are such gems as the comment under the pic with 3 guys behind lots of empty beer glasses '... with 12 bits you'll have more dynamic immediately'
'Bit' is a German beer brand...
cheers, tom

Hello to all Planet Z Forum users!
My name is Dirk Matten and this is my first posting. I am working for Creamware Audio since November 2005.
The picture shows my personal system, the Klangbox_01, which has a special affinity to my very first synthesizer in 1971, the EMS VCS3. Anyone here who has worked with this weird stuff?
We have a strong response in Siegburg, Germany, from distributers, dealers and artists. Florian Schneider of Kraftwerk loved it. "Fiery mouse grey", he shouted when he stepped into my small office at CreamWare Audio two weeks ago. So we decided to offer it as a commercial product for everyone: the CreamWare Performance Synthesizer System_1200.
We are working on special soundsets, which will be available for the Minimax, Pro-12 and the System_1200:
Legends – Soundset Synthesizer Classics
Machines – Soundset Sequencer-Sounds
Electricity – Soundset Modern Lead- and Pad-Sounds
Philosophy – Soundset Style-Shaping Sounds of the Future
Wir laden unsere Batterie
jetzt sind wir voller Energie.
Best regards
Tante Anna

I don't knock the Behringer stuff. I wouldn't necessarily stand on them (although they might be cheap enough to replace) I have a bunch of their thingies around and they come in quite handy. That little mixer is great for a quick route submix and the mic-pre's aren't so bad if you have good plug-ins. So what if China becomes the world's major workforce exploitation power. Like Nero, I'll be fiddling while Rome burns! Strains of sixties-folk songs in Mandarin.....

Was I knocking Behringer or the disparity of the tendency for people to run several thousand dollars of audio gear into a $75 mixer?
If this really is to see the light of day, it can only mean that the ASB boxes are doing well for Creamware, and perhaps mean better things for the future. Seeing a Zargmusic and/or Adern ASB box? Perhaps eventually new cards?

Hello Stardust,
we are friends since the beginning of the 70s. My partner and me developed and built the analog sequencers (Synthanorma, Modell 316 mit Intervallomat) for Kraftwerk and a lot of custom-build or modified stuff was delivered to their Kling Klang Studio in Düsseldorf.

Dirk!! Wow, this is a big surprise - I didn't hear this news at all! They keep a good secret...
It was a long time ago I did Sequential Circuits demos for SSB - good to see another 'old timer' on-board here!
