Hello,

I am borrowing a G4 Powerbook 17" for a couple of weeks to connect to Noah EX. I can't find the Noah Remote for OSX anymore on the CW web site - does anybody know where it is gone?

Sorry mate, don't know what's happened. Creamware have removed several OSX files from the FTP (presumably to update them  I was sure we had a copy on HD, but had a look for about 15 mins there & couldn't find it

Is there someone who could upload the Noah Remote for Mac to a Ftp server? I urgently need it for a performance next week. CW might upload it on Monday they say on the phone, but I never know for sure if they will manage (Such a simple task - why not do it today, its an old release. It should be on the ftp server at all times!)

Found it!

http://www.cwaudio.de/index.php?submenu ... rt&lang=en

It's available at the update section of cwaudio.com, but not at the ftp-server ...

had a look there, but couldn't find it. Must be blind  Don't need it right now, just thought that would be good to have (just in case we move down to a mac  )

My mistake ...

You have to select Updates --> NOAH from the menu at the left hand side.

Hi,
I downloaded the file.
During unpacking the file seems to be corrupt.
The application stops. There are some files in a folder, incl. the .pkg file.
This is not a good file, it automatically stops (also).
Please let me know wher to get this file, not on the CW-site, this one is not good!!
Any one knowing a mirrorsite or so?
I only need the remote software.
Thanks in advance :)

Is this still an issue? If so, i would upload my installation file i recently used successfull on my Mac to my web server and post the link here.

I mirrored the cwaudio FTP a while ago, so having everything for the Noah, including the OSX NRS, which really might not have been on the FTP.

I have used the installation cdrom but this still is the older version.
So...I would be very pleased (and maybe others as well).
Thanks in advance!

http://k5000.org/Noah_v1_1.sit

This will disppear somewhen the next weeks as i have withdrawn the hosting contract where this vserver resides, and temporarily, it could be happen, that the server is unreachable, which is the reason why i have withdrawn the contract there :)

This file worked on my Mac. Besides this - i just have seen, that my FTP mirror also doesn't contain the install archives for MacOS and Windoze, so they disappeared there quite a while ago. I will make sure to have them archived on my local server here.

Btw... i downloaded the Files from www.cwaudio.de (Manuals and Install packages) and the MD5 sum of my file and that from cwaudio are the same. The cwaudio server also reports the correct content type. So i think the problem was just a failed download...

Anyway - the file i uploaded is exactly the same as the one from cwaudio and at least worked for my installation (OSX Tiger 10.4.8 on G4-400)

It even works with intel mac since it is mostly relying on OSX's standard usb audio implementation. No processor specific code needed.

This is a very valuable information, as somewhen i tend do get a newer Mac, and even if i don't like the idea very much - it will be an Intel-Mac.

I have purchased an Intel maccie

and it works very well with the OSX software.
Garageband and Noah are a cheap and very well cooperating system.

hello. Im having troubles downloading the osx software. I downloaded the Noah_v1_1.sit from the creamware site but when unstuffing it would just stop on a file called archive.pax. But the installer file was there so i tried to run it that but it said open failed couldn't open Noah_v1_1.sit.

well, I tried to unpack the file I got a few weeks ago but it is also corrupt...
After another look I saw I have 1.4.32 so I'll stick to it.

I must say the software is not always completely reliable on the Intel OSX but it works good enough!

Hi guys, I've mislaid my install disc for OSX. Does anyone know of a download link at all? I can't find it on the new site and all links here are broken :(
