It's not in their nokeys_OXE directory and not in the all_oxe_plugins file either. Is SBC part of some other package?
Update : the SBC seems to get installed with the package itself, when you install 4.5. I looked in the install folder and found an SBC.dev and an SBC.pre file. (I also wound up needing the mccore.dsp file). Just copied them to the right directories and the thing runs properly. The allkeys file did not work (for importing) but I found I could open the file in Notepad, take 12 characters (starting at position 2) of the key, and the activation box will take that as a key. (That's how I got the other plugins working. What an easy to figure out setup haha).
For now I'm just running a 4.0 platform with the new plugins installed, until I find out what improvements (if any) exist in 4.5. I would like to comment that I am impressed at the Masterverb Pro - I was a/b'ing it with the Masterverb and there was no comparison for me - one instantly sounds like the impression of a room, hall, etc, and the other just sounds like it's being fed through a tin can. And also, that SBC takes a LOT of processing power. Nearly half of my 6-chip card.
