Yes.

The modular has an aftertouch output from the MVC module that can be hooked to modulation inputs of other modules, also multiple. Every output in Scope can go to many inputs.

almost all of the 'recent' synths support aftertouch.
from CWA it's Lightwave, Prisma, Profit, Vectron (I don't have Mini and Prodyssey), also all from SpaceF, Wavelength and Zarg.
