I have Gigabyte K8NS Ultra, Athlon 4400+, 3 gigs of RAM, 2 UAD1 cards, Powercore FW and Pulsar 1 (original).
The system is very solid, but the other day during the mixdowns (offline mixdowns in Cubase SX3) I started getting PCI Bus Overflow Massages.
What can I do to resolve this problem?

that mobo has been reported ok, so it's almost certainly the Pulsar One causing trouble.
It has a different IO system than 2nd generation cards like Pulsar II and Luna (and later).

I have a Pulsar One myself and get this error on the 5th instance of masterverb or any reverb after 1 instance of STW Ambience or Plate reverb (just to give you an idea).

this old board seems to run best on Intel 815 chipsets (in context of PCI performance) and it HAS significant problems with some of the more recent chipsets (according to AndreD from CWA).

what reverbs or delays are loaded in SFP ?

cheers, Tom

i had this problem, but since i replaced cards (2 pulsars, 2 uads and poco) and set both pulsar to share same (#3) irq, problem disapeared.
