Finding it very difficult to find info on the web regarding USB architechture, rx/tx of audio signals and such. Would anyone know of a good place to start looking?

no wonder - I recently checked some pages for iPod hacking where they revealed the inside of the thingy...
you'll immediately understand Apple's balance if you consider they sell millions of those

an all-in-one-chip design and the battery included probably the most expensive part (of the 'shuffle').
now I'm not wondering anymore how they can sell lookalikes for less than 20 bucks in supermarkets ...
cheers, Tom
who'd get himself an iPod nevertheless because it looks good, feels good and has an ingenious mode of operation...
I did not write 'female', but it has that feel of caressing, gorgeous...

my Sennheisers could easily distinguinish various compression artifacts of the demo stuff in the shop - so the converters can't be that bad

Apple's Ipod marketing is just so 'on point' and 'so in your face' that it doesn't even matter if a cheaper equivalant, can offer the same features. And yes I do want one

Plus also dance like they do in the adverts, but money can't buy everything hey!?
I found this site that is quite interesting:
http://www.wavefrontsemi.com
Adat and firewire semiconductor solutions.
