My pulsar serialnumber has been registered by someone else!

I bought a creamware pulsar new in Norway in 2001, and have been trying to register it many times. I have been getting error codes, whitch I have sent to creamwares "support" and gotten no answer. yesterday I tried my serial again, and found that someone in Italy had registered using this code. Thats why I couldnt register my board. Now what do I do to get my scope 4.0 drivers and the codes to open them? Creamware doesnt seem to answer their mail. And Italy is along way to go to check out someones serial.
PLEASE HELP!!

no one here can help you.

you MUST contact [email protected] with your Serial Number of the card and request that he registers the card to your name and email you the Scope 4.0 keycode and the all key.

I am truly amazed that creamware has not responded to your request to register the card since 2001.

I have now sent an email to the adress you suggested. I hope it finally works out. Thank you for you help, and no I really cant believe it either:)

Ralf fixed my problem, and it was really quick. I take back everything I said about creamware support. This guy has definetly made my christmas list:)

i had severe problems last week making a plugin transfer, and i called CW. Ralph answered me by phone, and everything was sorted during as little time as possible! big up to creamware support, ralph is a VERy friendly fellow to talk with!
