hey i want to know the new card scope project(which one substitute the pulsar 2)can use the spf 3.1c?
because i familiarity the 3.1c~
and the plugin in 3.1c can use in the 4.0?

Yep, the newer cards should work flawlessly in 3.1c, and you can use 3.1+ plugins in 4.0 without problems either (at least, that I've seen.) My 3.1c era presets still work perfectly in 4.0. The few 3.1c projects I've loaded in 4.0 have also been fine, but I haven't done extensive testin on this part.

and the creamware's card works ok on the SIS
chip mainboard with p4 Celeron?

sis is very poor quality. it may or may not work. with that processor, i'd choose an intel 865 or 875 chipset, but give it a try....
