I own 2 pulsar II cards and I work on PC/win xp. I own a project studio and I must say I am very happy with my cards for everything related to audio. Unfortunately I have a problem when using the samplers (sts). I connect my keyboard (I've tried various..) via midi correctly and as I start playing the sts3000 (loaded with akai samples) it gives me several pops and clicks. Simply I cannot play! I've noticed it does the same thing (in a minor way) with the creamware synths..
Since there's a hd exclusively for the samples and the PC is quite perfect (optimized for audio)--never had a problem with it-- what can it be? I've already checked sysex messages not to go out from the keyboard...Please help, it is really frustrating!

2 HD 80 GB 7200 rpm
