Again this bloody idiots are sending me those strange messages! I do not have an account with this people, of course, they are in the hunt, so be careful... Here is the mail they are sending, but I have changed the link, as this may be dangerous, the one I give is false of course:

I suggest you just delete any email from companies you didn't ask for. Believe me, none of them email you for you to make a good deal.

I get this crap on a daily basis. I probably should just start a regular rotating email address scheme but I have legitimate business accounts that I can't just change without causing some sort of confusion. Luckily (for me) my ISP uses SBC/Yahoo email service and they filter out about 99% of all this doo doo. I still have to go in and check it every once in a while but anything that I don't recognise as legitimate gets flushed in one big fell swoop.

Something a bit more alarming though: I was reading a news bit on Yahoo about some new virus software that gets in your PC, locks up important data files and then the author holds your data for ransom. If you pay $200 they will send you an unlock key.

I only give my ISP email to friends and use gmail and yahoo for everything else. I don't get any spam or unwanted email in my primary email account.

it's not even bad minded, nothing but applied statistics.
Assuming one out of 10k people is a complete idiot, estimate the result 100k emails will have - and I guess that's not even considered true 'mass' today.

imho who likes to deal with the Nigerian connection deserves what he or she gets - mind you, it's pure greed that drives those folks.
