When I try to load six string I get
"Can't find DSP file Velocity Amount If"
"Can't find DSP file Mix 2 Crossfade"
"Can't find DSP file EQ 1 2pole lowpass filter SR4"

Anyone has any ideas what's going on?

You miss the corresponding dsp files that should be installed in the dsp folder by the installation process.

Download the .oxe file, put it in the Oxe folder, quit and relaunch Scope again, everything should be ok...
