Please basic info about latency

ULLI is only Asio latency or complete latency card ?

Native DSP latency is zero ? ( synth device , audio and midi in/out )

Yeah, ULLI is ASIO latency. If you don't go thru ASIO, you won't get any latency, besides AD/DA conversion, if any, which is usually below 1ms (same as any digital hardware unit,) and some odd plugins might incure delays of a few samples here n there.
