Will we ever see these implemented into any creamware synth? Is it possible to implement?

Heaven knows
Is it possible to implement?
Yes, assign a CC to e.g. the filter cutoff, or volume then draw your multi-segment envelopes in e.g. a Cubase editor. Cut and paste for the 'looping' effect.

Modular and Spacef Synthetic are two that come to mind

Could you use that to generate suitable MIDI CC messages to control another (non-modular) synth?
edit: I think I can just about answer that one myself: connect env to val monitor, assign CC to val monitor!

I find the multipoint envelopes completely useless unless you can snap them to a bpm-based grid.

like Absynth2/3 does, if I'm right

That's why I create a lot of my "envelopes" as MIDI in Cubase. Can't get much more in-sync than that
IIRC Crystal has such a thing too...(as Absynth)

According to the mod III reference:
The times and levels of each envelope can be modulated and the version with esync also includes a variable slope parameter.
So I guess if you modulate with a synced lfo or even sequencer that bpm looping can be acomplished.

If you don't mind using wavetables, Vectron has a multi-segment/loopable envelope that can be used for lots of things.

Don't mind wavetables...LOVE wavetables!
Vectron is one of my top favourite synths.
