I would like to know if anyone has had a similar problem. I bought a second Mac to put my PowerPulsar card into but when I had it up and running with Logic everytime I bought the Pulsar software to the front of the screen it stopped pruducing sound. I would have to guess how far to push the silder up and down then bring Logic to the front so I could hear the sound again to hear the results. Has anyone out there had similar problems. I have since sold the Mac but would consider getting another (because I have it in a PC at the moment and it's driving me round the bend) if anyone has a solution. Thanks in advance.

this could be the 'play in background' issue. you need to have it checked in OMS (open OMS, go to 'edit' and choose 'run MIDI in background'). from my cubase days, i remember this program had a similar checkbox somewhere. probably your sequencer has it too (ableton live doesn't).
